The Process

The building process needs to be as user friendly as possible, the diagram below outlines our process.

Initial Contact

You will contact our Office for an Appointment, either by telephone, email or via our Website.


Initial Visit

One of our Estimators will come and meet with you, in your home, to discuss your building needs.


You will be provided with a preliminary costing of your building works to ensure that works will suit your budget.



Upon accepting the Estimate, our draftsperon/architect, along with the Site Supervisor, will meet with you to discuss your needs.  Plans will be drawn up that meet Council specifications, along with any Structural Engineering and Geotechnical Surveys required.


Preliminary Agreement

A Preliminary Agreement and Invoice will be issued to cover the initial costs for any Plans, Structural Engineering and Geotechnical Surveys required.


A detailed quote and scope of works will be provided to you outlining all costs and specifications.


Contract and Deposit Invoice

A contract will be drawn up prior to works commencing, together with a payment schedule and timeline, to ensure that you are aware of the projected timing for the stages of the works and progress payment stages a deposit invoice will be issued.


Works Commence

Once the contract has been signed and the Deposit Invoice paid, the works will commence as per your timeline and you will have a hassle free building project.


Work in progress

Staged progress payments will be required, as per your contract.


Works Completed

Practical completion and final payment.



60 day defect repair period.
6 years 6 months BSA warranty period.
